There are a number of action camera providers out there to choose from. Thats why we think its imporatnt to offer great after sales support.
This is a bit of a review/rant with our experince with Drift. Im sure we all judge compaines on their after sales support. Its the most important time because thats when we really need thier help.
About a year ago our Drift camera fell and the screen broke. We cant bring ourselves to throw it away as bikers its an impulse we like to fix things rather then replace them. Every time we see it we think
“Why dont you offer replacement parts Drift?”
Before you ask yest we did contact Drift and they dont offer screen replacements. They were quick to sell me a new camera however. In keeping with not unnecessarily adding to landfill would it not make sense to offer repacement parts in this obselte world?
Lets hear what you think we should do with this camera ?
